Steven George and The Dragon

Once a writer…

Author Nathan Everett

…always a writer. Nathan started his writing career in 4th grade, launching his first novel, "Princes and Princesses." While the book grew to several pages, Nathan's inability to spell either word in the title led to a lot of _____s in the text. He was 50 when he finally finished the story for his daughter—with the spellings correct.

Nathan estimates that he has written somewhere between 10 and 20 novels with nearly that many that never fully grew to novel length. After writing for years, he has begun publishing. His first book, For Blood or Money, was published by Long Tale Press as an eBook in 2008 and in trade paperback in 2010. He published an on-line novel, Willow Mills, IN, in 2004 as an experiment in Web-based publishing.

Nathan lives with his wife, daughter, and two rescued greyhounds in the Pacific Northwest. He only writes when it’s raining.
